1 General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bajee bd platform and all related services. By accessing bajee bd, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. All bajee bd services are intended only for individuals who are legally eligible to use such platforms and who are at least 21 years of age. If you have any questions, you can visit our bajee bd About Us page to learn more.

These terms apply individually to each user account and must be read together with other policy documents, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on bajee bd, the following conditions must be met:

The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
One person may operate only one account.
Members of the same household may run separate accounts from the same device or IP address, but bajee bd must be informed in advance.
Opening an account on behalf of someone else or using another person's information is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bajee bd reserves the right to verify a user's identity after registration or before processing a withdrawal. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested for this purpose. If the required documents are not provided in time, account activity may be restricted.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your bajee bd account secure is entirely your responsibility. Login credentials — username, password, and OTP — should never be shared with any third party.

Keep your password sufficiently strong and change it regularly.
If you log in on someone else's device, always log out at the end of the session.
If you notice any unexpected activity or suspicious transactions, notify our support team immediately.
If your account credentials are lost, use your registered mobile number to recover your password.

Important: bajee bd will never ask for your password or OTP via email, SMS, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on bajee bd are handled entirely through mobile banking. The currently supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; in such cases, the funds may be returned or the account may be suspended.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number registered during account verification.
Withdrawal requests may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The terms and conditions of the respective service provider may also apply to transactions made through all mobile banking methods.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bajee bd periodically offers various bonuses and promotional benefits to users. By accepting these offers, the following terms automatically apply.

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,000, and you will need to place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
bajee bd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
If misuse or fraud related to a bonus is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.

VIP Cashback

The bajee bd VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback on weekly net losses is provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. For example, at the Gold tier, a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would earn ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

bajee bd offers sports betting, casino games, and other gaming options. The following rules apply to all betting activity:

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bajee bd reserves the right to cancel that bet.
If suspicious activity is detected, payouts may be held while an investigation is carried out.
Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which operates impartially.

Multi Bet

In a multi-bet, multiple selections are combined and all selections must win. For example, if three selections have odds of 1.40, 1.80, and 1.90, the combined odds would be 1.40 × 1.80 × 1.90 = 4.79 (approximately), giving a return of ৳479 on a ৳100 bet — but if any one selection loses, the entire ৳100 is lost.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of funds:

Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
Placing artificial bets to meet bonus conditions or betting for mutual benefit.
Using stolen identity or funds for transactions.
Exploiting software bugs or technical advantages to gain an unfair benefit.
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts for betting.
Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bajee bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account at any time, with or without stating a reason. This typically occurs in the following situations:

Violation of any provision of these terms.
Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
Evidence of financial fraud or suspicious transactions.
At the user's own request.

If a valid balance exists before account closure and identity verification has been completed, that amount will be returned in accordance with the established process.

9 Limitation of Liability

bajee bd strives to provide its services as reliably as possible. However, bajee bd is not liable for the following:

Interruption of a betting or gaming session due to loss of internet connection, server issues, or any other technical fault.
Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own mistake or negligence.
Disruption of third-party services (mobile banking, internet service providers).

Under no circumstances will bajee bd's maximum liability exceed the amount involved in the relevant transaction.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

bajee bd maintains full transparency regarding the collection, storage, and use of users' personal information. We use SSL encryption and other security technologies to keep your information safe. For complete details on how your information is used, please read our Privacy Policy document.

Your personal information is never sold to third parties. However, specific information may be provided when required by law or upon request from authorities.

11 Responsible Gaming
